REFUND POLICY
1. General Return Conditions:
• Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with the seal intact.
• Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the product is returned to the warehouse.
2. Return of Defective Products:
• If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
• To return a defective item, proof of purchase and photos of the defect must be provided.
3. Exclusions from the Return Policy:
• Food products, supplements, and beverages cannot be returned if the seal or packaging has been broken due to safety and hygiene concerns.
• Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.
4. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, contact our customer service to receive return instructions.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
5. Product Exchange:
• Exchanges are available for the same product in different packaging or another product of equal value.
• If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
